This pretty newly built studio is located in the small village of Vesin, located in the beautiful tourist region of Les 3 Lacs, 5 min. from Payerne, Estavayer-le-Lac and the highway entrance. It has a high ceiling and exposed beams that give it a lot of charm. It has a separate entrance as well as a parking space. It is ideal for anyone who wants to visit the region or enjoy a few nights in the quiet of the countryside. The space The studio consists of a single large living room including: - a sleeping area with a 140x190 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser with 3 drawers. Bed linens are available. - a living room with sofa, coffee table, TV and shelf - A kitchen with 4 glass-ceramic stove tops, oven that also functions as a microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue stove, raclette oven and everything you need to cook and eat. Basic condiments are also available. - a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and a hair dryer are provided. A free parking space is located directly in front of the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation, which has its own independent entrance. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Commercial activities are not allowed in the property.
