House with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies, great living room, integrated dining room, 2 fireplaces, bar, swimming pool, complete barbecue with covered area, freezer and bathroom. Easy access, 300 meters from the asphalt. Large outdoor area with a stream, waterfall, natural pool, grassy field and lake, among other attractions. We have fiber optic internet access and satellite redundancy (Starlink). The space In the house, we have all the utensils for a good barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, balcony, large garden and orchard (possibly with seasonal fruits). If the weather cooperates, the starry sky is another attraction, next to a good bonfire. Guest access Full access to the site. Other things to note Pets are welcome. We charge a fixed fee of R$ 150.00/pet regardless of the number of days of the reservation. Bed and bath linens are optional and we charge a separate fee based on the number of guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. In the outdoor area, no problem. For colder periods of the year, we recommend extra sweaters and blankets. It is also a paradise for children, but they must be accompanied and monitored at all times (e.g. stream, dam, slippery rocks, forest, etc.). The greenery, birds, starry sky and nature, in general, are highlights. Help in any way you can to keep it that way. The silence or even the "little noise of the river" also help make the place very pleasant. We ask that you avoid loud noises.
