The TinyHouse is ideal for 1-2 people and offers about 19 m² of living space. It is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for your stay: - Comfortable queen bed for a good night's sleep - Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge & coffee machine - modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - Private terrace with awning and garden Pure 🌿 nature – right outside the door Enjoy the quiet location in the middle of the countryside. Cycle and walking paths lead directly from the house into the surrounding nature and invite you to explore the beautiful Salzburger Seenland. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant indoor temperatures, even during hot summer days. 🚶‍♂️ Well connected & infrastructure Our property is car-free; our own parking space and a charging area for convenient loading and unloading are in the immediate vicinity. The public bus service to Salzburg is located within a few minutes' walk. Local supplier (supermarket/bakery) about 2.5 km away - ideal for self-catering. Gastronomic variety available in the area or also accessible by bike or on foot. Whether you are looking for a break from everyday life, actively exploring the area or just want to relax – here you will find the perfect balance of comfort, nature and tranquility. Guest access 🧭 Location, access & operation SeeLaVie – Tiny Houses am Mattsee is located in the idyllic market town of Mattsee, about 1.5 miles from the town center on the northern shore of the lake. The area is car-free, which makes it particularly relaxing and safe. Private parking spaces are available to our guests right at the entrance – from there, you can easily walk to your tiny house. Other things to note Please note that the legally required accommodation tax of €3.50 per person per night is payable separately on site. Use of the private swimming area, access to the lake and the SUP boards is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
