We offer 17 fully equipped holiday cottages for rent in an ideal location: Paris Nord Villepinte & Le Bourget Exhibition Centers – 15 km Charles de Gaulle Airport – 6 km Central Paris – 30 km Parks: Parc Astérix & Disneyland – 15 km Our property can host up to 110 guests in total. Each cottage accommodates between 2 to 10 people. We also offer a reception hall and various spaces for family gatherings and corporate events. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator. A bright and comfortable studio in a beautifully renovated farmhouse just minutes from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport – perfect for a stay for 1 to 2 people! Welcome to our 22m² studio, brand new, bright, pleasant, and functional – ideal for 2 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it’s close to all amenities, including a bakery and public transport. 🛏️ Upon arrival, beds are made and towels provided – just drop your bags and relax! The studio includes: • A living space with two single beds (90x200), wooden floors, a chest of drawers, blackout curtains and shutters for a peaceful night’s sleep • TV, cozy sitting area, and electric heating • A fully equipped open kitchen: induction cooktop, hood, fridge, kettle, drip coffee maker, dishes, and all necessary utensils • A bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer • A dining area for two 📝 Please make sure to indicate the exact number of guests when booking so we can prepare the beds accordingly. This studio is simple, clean, well-located, and designed to give you a hassle-free stay. Whether you're here for business, a short getaway, or visiting family – you'll feel right at home! Guest access PUBLIC TRANSPORT La Bullote is located 20 meters on foot from the bus stop (line 2101 KEOLIS) Villeneuve Center which connects to Charles de Gaulle airport in 10 minutes (TGV station, RER B and CDG airport) - Direct connection every 15 minutes . Gare du Nord 35 minutes by RER B. CAR Private parking in La Bullote Free. Paris Charles de Gaulle CDG Airport 15 minutes away. Aéroville Shopping Center 15 minutes. Valley Village Val d'Europe 35 minutes. Other things to note This cottage is non-smoking; if the rules are not respected, I will charge €200. Ashtrays are available outside at the entrance of your cottage. Heating is included in the price for a temperature of 20 degrees (i.e., radiators set to 20°C or on level 3). Any excessive consumption will be charged €10 per day. To respect your neighbors and the other guests in our cottages, no parties or gatherings are allowed in the cottage.
