The bathroom is in a shared space area, but will be for the sole use of you and your party I also have a single room that you can book for a bundle price if you message me. You have shared access to all other rooms, plus the kitchen and the sole use of the sitting room and TV. I also live here with my son, discreetly. A renowned local vineyard is just five minutes away, along with charming countryside walks. You’ll be sharing the home with myself and my adult son — both discreet, friendly, and respectful of your privacy. Outside, there’s a fabulous garden with sofas and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying good weather and outdoor dining. Secure, safe parking is provided on site for your convenience. Other things to note Note Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM the next day. This is a private house with secure parking available on the driveway. The property is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport. Nearby train stations: East Grinstead (7 minutes away) and Three Bridges (fast access to London, 12 minutes away). Crawley is a 12-minute drive; East Grinstead is just 7 minutes. Local attractions include Tuleys Farm and the Shocktober Festival (6 minutes away), Kingscote Vineyard (5 minutes), and Missing Link Brewery (5 minutes) with beautiful walks and public footpaths leading to the Chiddingly Estate.
