The holiday apartment Akrojali is in a wonderful location, directly above the Gargarou beach, in a quiet and rural area, on the south eastern coast of Messenia on Peloponnese. Other things to note The detached house is situated in a quiet, rural location, in the middle of a wonderful Mediterranean environment, between olive groves with a beautiful sea view of the Messinian Bay to the opposite Mani Peninsula and the Taygetos Mountains. The detached house with two holiday flats is situated on a beautiful hillside directly above Gargarou beach. Both flats have their own entrance. The ground floor flat is used by the owner's family during the summer months. The upper floor holiday flat Akrojali is rented out through us. Well-kept holiday flat with its own entrance via an outside staircase. From the bright eat-in kitchen with windows and balcony doors, as well as from the surrounding terrace, which becomes your second living room, you can look out over the blue sea all day long and follow the passing sailing ships. The high wood-panelled ceiling gives this well-equipped holiday flat a sense of space. The bedroom and bathroom are adjacent to the living room. You can experience beautiful sunrises from the terrace of the holiday flat. An ideal holiday home for couples or small families, for those seeking peace and quiet and for sea lovers. From the terraced property, it is approx. 100 metres down the slope to the narrow, almost private beach, which adjoins the Gargarou sandy beach to the north. After a further 500 metres, the fine Peroulia sandy beach with beach bar, sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a taverna follows seamlessly. The nearby picturesque town of Koroni, with its beautiful harbour, tavernas and cafés, offers a nice change from the tranquil Gargarou surroundings. The towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messinia also have a special charm. In the coastal area between Koroni and Pylos there are still many unspoilt, fine sandy beaches.
