Situated in a quiet side road, The Lodge is a short walk from Newcastle Emlyn high street with its array of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and the beautiful Teifi riverside walk around the castle ruins. The space Self contained, detached one bedroom annexe. Lounge, kitchen/diner and shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is the bedroom, and en suite toilet and wash hand basin. Fitted, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine plus all kitchen crockery, cutlery and pans etc are provided. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen and lounge area which is perfect for a cosy evening meal or leisurely breakfast. Shower room on the ground floor with electric shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. Open plan lounge with comfortable sofa and chair, log burning stove and electric heating. Flat screen, smart television. Stairs to first floor bedroom. Please be aware that these are quite steep and may not be suitable for those with impaired mobility or for small children. Stair gates are provided. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a super king sized bed which can be split into two singles if preferred. En suite toilet and wash hand basin. Patio doors leading to two outdoor seating areas with table, chairs and barbecue. Guest access Guests have exclusive use the annexe and seating areas. Additionally guest parking, for one car, is on the main drive in a space clearly marked. Other things to note Heating is provided to The Lodge via electric wall mounted heaters. The log burner is laid with enough logs to get guests started. Additional logs are available to purchase.
