All living spaces face south, offering spectacular panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and sunshine from morning until evening. The spacious terrace is furnished with a dining table and a comfortable lounge area, making it the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals or relax while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The apartment also includes two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a rain shower and toilet, and a separate guest toilet. From the apartment, you also have access to the small garden at the rear of the house, where a charming seating area overlooks the lake and the surrounding vineyards, providing a peaceful spot to unwind. The apartment is located in a two-family house on a quiet hillside above Gordola, at the entrance to the beautiful Verzasca Valley. The famous Ponte dei Salti in Lavertezzo can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. Its elevated position offers exceptional panoramic views across Lake Maggiore and as far as Italy. The apartment is an ideal base for exploring the Verzasca Valley and the surrounding region. Grocery stores are available in Gordola, while a larger shopping centre is located nearby in Tenero. The popular towns of Locarno and Ascona are both just a 10-minute drive away. Tenero also offers a public beach directly on the shores of Lake Maggiore, as well as a public swimming pool, where you can enjoy the water or relax on the spacious sunbathing lawns. Other things to note Please note that direct access to the apartment is via a long staircase or a hiking trail (see pictures). Prams cannot be taken directly into the flat.
