The Old Byre (Hawthorn Cottage)

A beautifully restored Irish cottage, nestled in the hills near Lismore, Co. Waterford. The cottage is located 3 KM from the heritage town of Lismore, where you can see the Castle and gardens, and Lismore Cathedral. It is a 15 minute drive from the Vee, Co. Tipperary. Easy access to Cork International Airport (45 minutes) and Waterford Airport (60 minutes) by car. The space Very peaceful location with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Excellent location for walking, cycling and fishing (the Blacwater river is 3 KM from the property). There are many beautiful walks and cycles nearby in the Knockmealdown mountains. The large town of Dungarvan is 25 minutes drive away. Guest access Entire renovated cottage, outdoor gardens and patio, free wifi access. TV with local stations, a selection of DVD and books are available. 1 Bedroom with a queen bed sleeps 2, and there is a sofa bed in the living area which sleeps 1.
