Home Truths - Unit is on the 1st floor (17 steps) WITHOUT ELEVATOR - No elevator - There is 1 AC in the living room - Sofa is pull-out - Washing and drying machines are shared and located at the basement floor - There is shared terrace on the 3rd floor Penalties for Violations - Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD - Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD - Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD - A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD - Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73.
