Comfortable room for up to 4 guests in a quiet home near the A2/A9 junction and Graz Airport. Ideal for families, friends, and road-trip stopovers. Free parking for cars, trailers, and RVs. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries provided. Guests have access to a large bathroom, full kitchen, living area, and garden. Complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, and mineral water is also offered The space I live in the home as the host and occupy a separate private bedroom with my own bathroom. Shared spaces such as the kitchen and living room are available to guests, so we may occasionally see each other during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except areas clearly marked as private. Please do not use cupboards or storage spaces labeled “Private.” As the host, I live in the home and you may occasionally see me in shared areas such as the kitchen and living room. I have my own private bedroom and private bathroom. The guest bathroom is reserved for guests and may be shared with guests staying in one other guest room, depending on occupancy that night. During your stay I’m always happy to help during your stay. You can message me anytime through the Airbnb app if you have any questions or need assistance. Since I live in the same house, you’re also welcome to speak with me in person whenever you need anything. Other things to note Local municipal taxes (€2.50 per adult per night) are included in the listing price. I personally welcome every guest, provide a short tour of the house, complete the required guest registration, and hand over the keys. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a €10 late check-in fee applies to cover the additional time.
