Double bedroom near Edgehill

Double room available in semi detached house in quiet area of Skelmersdale. 10 minute drive to edgehill university making it ideal for students. Also good local links to Liverpool / Manchester, both around 20 miles away/ 40 minute train journey. Furniture included. You will have access to everything in the house including a spacious garden. I do have a small friendly cockapoo so must be okay with dogs. She doesn’t moult so should be okay for allergies. Guest access You are welcome to use kitchen facilities such as kettle, toaster and fridge. You can use the living room and the tv if you wish. You are welcome to sit out in the back garden. You can use the shared bathroom upstairs. Your main space is the double bedroom that you will be shown to. Other things to note Photo ID to be provided on check in
