Idyllic vacation home on the Spremberg reservoir

The vacation home offers a perfect combination of comfort and proximity to nature for a relaxing vacation. The lake with a sandy beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The forest is right outside the door. The house is ideal for nature lovers, cyclists, dog owners and all those who like tranquility. Table tennis, darts and barbecue as well as a fire bowl are provided. The space This beautiful cottage is located in a quiet garden estate and has a living area of approximately 80 m². The partially fenced property is about 700 m2. Depending on the season, there are many activities available around the vacation home, such as fishing, biking, walking, swimming, volleyball, mini golf, golf, outdoor laser tag, llama trekking, and mushroom picking. The property is about 50 km from the Spreewald. Shopping is available in Cottbus/Spremberg, which can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car. There is a restaurant near the cottage, which is within walking distance. A large playground is within walking distance. On the ground floor you will be welcomed by a light-flooded entrance area. Here is a closet, a clothes rack, the exercise bike and you have enough space to leave your shoes. From the entrance area you enter the fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and washing machine. This includes a basic set of different spices, flour and baking ingredients that you are welcome to use. From the kitchen you enter the bathroom via another hallway with storage for shoes and jackets. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, hair dryer, towel radiator and a floor-to-ceiling shower and a corner bathtub. Bedroom 1, which is equipped with a cozy box spring bed 1.60×2.00 m and a TV. Also from the corridor you can access the spacious and well-equipped living and dining room with fireplace, TV, Blue-Ray player, various DVDs and many board games. The entire ground floor is tiled and heated with underfloor heating. The windows have insect screens and exterior blinds. The house has a carport and a separate, heated Finnish cabin with an additional sleeping option (see bedroom 3 for a photo). You can access the second bedroom with sloping roof via a room staircase. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a laminate floor and an additional TV. In bedroom 2 there is a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, a single bed and a sofa bed. There are building blocks and toy cars for the kids as well as lots of puzzles.
