The ground floor apartment in the mountain village of Háj u Jindřichovic is ideal for an active holiday in Krušné Hory. The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed and a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. Dogs are welcome - please keep them tidy at home and outside, so that everyone feels good with us. The water in the apartment is from its own borehole and is treated by filtration. The space We present to you our holiday house, which is located in the quiet village of Háj, part of Jindřichovice, in the heart of the Ore Mountains. The house stands on a hill in semi-seclusion, which ensures real peace and quiet and a minimum of disturbances. Thanks to the remote location, you can enjoy the silence, nature and night sky full of stars. The house is perfectly situated - far from the roads and city noise, but at the same time within reach of hiking trails, bike paths and winter sports areas. It is an ideal place for an active holiday and walks in nature. There are three separate apartments in the house, each with its own entrance and bathroom. Your apartment A also has a smaller fenced garden. The building can be rented as a whole for larger groups or individually by apartments. On the unfenced plot next to the house there is a fireplace, grill, sandpit and trampoline - ideal for children and evening gatherings. In winter we rent sleds and bobsleds, and for a fee it is possible to use a quad bike. Guest access Guests have access to the house, parking is possible right next to the building. In the winter months, we recommend having snow chains with you. The land around the house is not fenced. Your apartment A has a fenced piece of garden just for you. From the back of the house there is a meadow that can be used, for example, for walking. Other outdoor spaces can be shared with other guests staying in the house. Other things to note Excursion tips and attractions Ore Mountains & lookout towers: Komáří Vížka lookout tower, Blatenský vrch, Plešivec, Pajndl or Bleiberg - great routes and views. Cross-country tracks and the Krušnohorská magistrála are also available. Božídar peatland, Novodomské peatland, Rolavská highlands, Lake Medard - nature reserves with educational trails, also suitable for mushroom picking. Jáchymov Educational Trail – a memorable place with mining history. Loket Castle, Seeberg - historical monuments with exhibitions and picturesque landscape. In spa towns: thermal springs and colonnades in Karlovy Vary, Wax Museum, Japanese Garden, Anglican Church of St. Peter and Paul, Goethe's viewpoint (cable car can be taken, free entrance). --- Ski resorts and winter activities Klínovec – the largest resort in the Ore Mountains, cable cars, ski slopes and cross-country ski trails. Bublava - Stříbrná - ski center suitable for families, evening skiing. Less known resorts: Alšovka, Neklid (Boží Dar), Lišák, Skipot (Potůčky). Ideal for different skill levels and less tourist traffic. --- 🛍️ Shops and restaurants Shops Jindřichovice – a small local grocery store for basic needs. Sokolov, Karlovy Vary - in the surrounding towns there are larger supermarkets and specialized shops selling souvenirs, spa cosmetics, Karlovy Vary wafers and Becherovka. Restaurants nearby In the village: Restaurants U Bodláka (about 3.7 km), Na chvíli in Jindřichovice (about 8–9 km), Pizza Luna, Bistro U Davida, Severka, Slovanský dům (10–13 km). In the cities: local and international cuisine, cafes and spa restaurants around the colonnades in Karlovy Vary, Mariánské and Františkovy Lázně. --- 🧒 Other activities suitable for families Soos – nature reserve with "mud volcanoes" (mofets), educational trails near Františkovy Lázně.
