Fully furnished studio in a duplex within walking distance to Castro Street in downtown Mountain View. The space This Lady Bug Studio is fully furnished, with private entrance and private yard. This modern studio is filled with sunlight via french doors, and thoughtfully designed with eco friendly features. Efficient central heat & air, and tankless water heater. The full bed has a premium mattress set for comfortable sleep. Linens and towels provided, always freshly laundered for your stay; we pay attention to cleanliness and all sheets and linens are freshly laundered for your stay. Mattress and pillows are encased in protective covers for healthy rest. The "kitchenette" has no cooktop, but there is a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom has a frameless shower and eco-friendly features. Stocked with basic necessities such has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hair dryer. The studio is perfect for one guest, works well for a couple, but will be too small for two unrelated individuals. Please note that there will be no smoking and no pets allowed on the premises. The studio is furnished with West Elm table and chairs for comfortable and stylish work/dine area. Equipped with a Smart TV along with an Apple TV unit, ready for you to connect to many streaming service. Broadband wifi. Parking along the tree lined street. Street parking fills up at night. If you come back very late, you might have a little walk. Guest access You will be provided with an access code for the keyless lock into the studio. The code will be good for the duration of your stay and will be deactivated when you leave. Other things to note Check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. The calendar is accurate, so please go ahead and book if you find that your travel dates are available. This studio is attached to the main house and soundproofing was done, but we have learned it is minimally effective so you might hear your neighbor and vice versa. If you stay more than 2 weeks, I am happy to provide fresh linen at your request. If your stay is longer than 2 months, your studio will be cleaned 1/2 way through your stay free of charge. We have bicycles that might be available during the weekends... you can borrow during your stay, unless we are biking with our kids at that time :). Unfortunately we do not have bicycle helmets for loan.
