It has a parking space for a normal-sized car. It is surrounded upstream by a countryside sloping towards the sea and by the access road to the village. The house is on the second floor of a beautiful group of family houses, all independent of each other. From the terrace and the large windows of the house you can admire the Gulf of Naples, where every evening and during every season the sun provides a surprising show of colors and breathtaking shades! The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 panoramic bedroom with a double bed, 1 small non-panoramic bedroom with a French bed (one and a half square) and a private bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a main bathroom, a dining area with a double sofa bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 1 terrace equipped with two gazebos, a table and garden chairs, and sun loungers. Parking is right under the house, which is a 5-minute walk from the Circumvesuviana station in Vico Equense and 10 minutes from the city center. On foot, by bicycle, scooter or car, you can easily reach the beach of the Hotel Sporting (served with an elevator from the center of Vico) and the seaside resorts of Marina di Vico Equense, Bagno Scraio, Capo La Gala, Bikini, The Stone (Pozzano) or with a small bus from the next Bay Marina di Seiano. With the frequent Circumvesuviana trains you can go to Sorrento, on the one hand, and Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples on the other. In the small port of Seiano there is a hydrofoil service to Naples, Sorrento, Capri and Positano.
