Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation, as well as all amenities. You can enjoy the hot tub, the lit pétanque court, and the indoor and outdoor areas. No space is shared. The place is exclusively for guests. The landlord reserves the right to carry out maintenance on the hot tub or the garden (guests will be notified via Airbnb messaging). The accommodation is on 3 levels, with a comfortable staircase and a handrail, but it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The property has one parking space in a garage adjacent to the cottage, with an electric vehicle charging station (charging fee applies). Secure garage measuring 14.25 m² (5.00 m x 2.85 m), ideal for one car, motorbikes, or bicycles (max. height: 1.85 m). For additional vehicles, free parking is available on the street and around the property, usually without difficulty. The outdoor spaces are not private. However, as the street in front of the property is relatively narrow, we recommend, especially if you have more than one vehicle, that you park in the free town hall parking lot about 200 meters away (the access is quite steep). This makes it easier to park and avoids any risk of damage. Other things to note This accommodation is intended for a quiet and relaxing stay. Parties, soirées, and events are not permitted. Please respect the neighborhood, especially in the evening and at night. The accommodation is non-smoking and intended for a maximum of 6 guests. A pet is allowed (please let us know when booking and respect the accommodation). The illuminated petanque court is accessible to guests, while respecting the calm of the neighborhood, especially in the evening. The hot tub is accessible and heated year-round, reserved exclusively for guests staying at the property. Its use is under your responsibility and in strict compliance with the instructions. To ensure impeccable hygiene, the water in the hot tub is changed between each stay, and the equipment is thoroughly checked before your arrival. The hot tub is available for families, but children must be under constant adult supervision; use is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
