Welcome to Skräddarns gamla hus, spacious and child-friendly in the middle of the small village of Torestorp. Here you live centrally but quietly overlooking the village life and close to both nature and excursion destinations. Four bedrooms available. Cot, high chairs, toys and games are on site. Large terrace. Perfect location for excursions – 35 minutes to Ullared, 40 minutes to Borås and 1 hour to Gothenburg. Suitable for both families with children and friends who want to live comfortably and centrally with a village feel and proximity to nature. The space Welcome to this cozy, homey house with proximity to lovely forest walks, several lakes for both swimming and fishing as well as shopping. Entrance floor: Hall, fully equipped kitchen, smaller toilet, one bedroom with large double bed (210 cm). Possibility of a crib is available on request. Living room with sofa, TV and fireplace – perfect for cozy evenings. From the living room you reach the large balcony, here there are barbecue facilities on a charcoal grill as well as a dining area and space for socializing. Upstairs: Three bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub and a small hall. Basement: Here you will find a laundry room with shower and drying room Bed linens for double bed and possibly crib are included. Other bed linens and towels are not included, but must be brought. For overnight stays of 1-2 nights, toilet paper, garbage bags, baking paper and coffee filters are included. Nearest swimming area: Sandsjön, 2 km Guest access Free access to kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom, laundry room with shower, bedroom and balcony. No access to wardrobes, dressers and storage. Other things to note Since this is our private home, some of our private things will remain. We will free up space in the fridge and freezer. For overnight stays of 1-2 nights, there will be no wardrobe option.
