Large, quiet apartment with balcony (FeWo Midsommar)

Our newly renovated apartment with balcony can accommodate 2-4 people as well as a toddler. The apartment has a floor space of about 100 m², is somewhat restricted in use in some places due to the construction of the wooden house and the roof slopes. It has a living room with satellite TV, double bed (180 x 200), a couch (can be used as a third bed (100 x 200) with pull-out lower bed (80 x 200) as a fourth bed and a cot (70 x 140). The space The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, induction stove with oven and a fridge with freezer. There is also a kettle, coffee machine, bread slicer, mixer, toaster and soda stream in the kitchen. Dish towels, dish soap, soap and kitchen towels are provided. For a cozy coffee break or breakfast there is coffee, tea, sugar and candy. Vinegar, oil and spices are also in stock. In the kitchen there is also a small children's corner with table and chairs and a cuddly corner. Various games, puzzles, books and painting materials are provided. We can provide a high chair free of charge on request. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Toilet paper, feminine hygiene items, soap, shampoo, shower gel, cotton pads and cotton swabs are included. For cleaning, there is a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, cleaning agent and a clothes rack in the storage room. Linens, towels and dish towels are included. Sockets with integrated USB ports are available on the bed and couch, as well as in the kitchen. Wi-Fi access and parking can be used free of charge. The balcony is ideal for cozy hours and offers a beautiful view of nature. Ideal for small families and couples looking for peace and quiet. Important: Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. Enjoy relaxing days in our cozy and newly renovated apartment "Midsommar" in our beautiful Finnish log cabin in a quiet location on the outskirts. The house was built 30 years ago and we turned it into our little Bullerbü home in 2015 and painted it red with white windows. The neighborhood: Welcome to Hohenberg an der Eger on the eastern edge of the Fichtel Mountains. Our apartment is located on the northwestern outskirts of our beautiful town. The ideal starting point for relaxing walks and hikes to the romantic Egertal or to the Carolinenquelle (iron-containing sourling) as well as to neighboring Czechia and the incomparable nature of the Fichtel Mountains. Many marked hiking trails lead to the most beautiful places in the Sechsämterland and the Egerland. If you prefer to travel by bike, you will find a well-developed network of bike paths through the Fichtelgebirge Nature Park. The border crossing can be reached in 5 minutes by car and invites you to day trips to the Franzensbad, Marienbad or Karlsbad spas. In the center of the village is our castle complex, which was first mentioned in 1222 and is one of the best preserved castles in the Fichtel Mountains. Cozy inns, a baker with a post office, factory sales and a well-stocked Edeka shop can also be found in our small town, as well as a general practitioner and a dentist.
