Hi. Welcome to the home, I also occupy the premises. One bedroom available upstairs. Towels not provided. Shop/nearby/on foot or 4 km. 4 min/car/N12 20 min/ST-BRIEUC 17 min/GUINGAMP (from EAG stadium) 11 min/(beaches) BINIC/St-Quai/PORDIC/ROSAIRES/PLOUHA 45 min/coast (pink granite). 1h20/St-Malo/Mont-St-Michel. Can cook (fridge space). The 3 bedrooms are upstairs, with one double bed per room. Guest access 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, kitchen, fridge, dining room, living room, garden, barbecue (charcoal and cleaning product not included). During your stay In person or by phone. Other things to note Since I am a non-smoker. Slight preference for non-smokers. Just good manners with respect for everyone. If you make a mess!!! You clean the different rooms used after each visit. Please do not go upstairs wearing shoes. Cleaning products and laundry detergent (washing machine) are not provided.
