The gourmet kitchen is both functional and stylish, featuring a sleek island, gas cooktop, Nespresso machine, French press, rice cooker, microwave, and everything needed for effortless home cooking. Just above, the elevated dining area invites relaxed meals around a glass-top table, softly lit by a sculptural pendant light. Outdoors, the sun-drenched courtyard offers a peaceful retreat with lush greenery and outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or laid-back alfresco meals. Three queen-sized bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across two levels. Upstairs, two beautifully styled rooms sit beneath vaulted ceilings and shuttered windows, each featuring a queen bed and a generous walk-in wardrobe. Between them, a refined bathroom offers a generous walk-in shower, bespoke vanity, and elegant designer tiling. On the lower level, the third queen bedroom offers a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote days. A second full bathroom and a well-equipped laundry with washer completes the ground floor. Comfort is assured year-round with split-system air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and the main living area. Enjoy a curated selection of board games for downtime. For families, a high chair and a portacot are available on request. This home offers secure garage parking for two small to medium-sized vehicles, with a height clearance of 1.7 meters and an EV charger for added convenience. Additional free street parking is also available nearby. The garage can also be accessed from the courtyard. Please be mindful when approaching the property. There’s a beautiful fig tree near the front footpath, but its roots have caused some uneven ground. Watch your step as you walk along the path to the house. Guest access During your stay, you will have the entire house to yourselves inc. the back courtyard. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7.20 for bath sets, $29.80 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels ~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~ We also offer 3hr (2 cleaning staff) mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options: 1. Full Cleaning with Freshly Laundered Professional Linen + Toiletries Supply Kit top up per bathroom) $440 2. Full Cleaning Only (no linen delivery changeover or toiletry supplies top up) – $300 *Message us to book your mid stay cleaning service! ~ Long Stays ~ Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $150 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. ~ Postage ~ For security purposes please do not post your mail to the property. Any mail should be sent to the nearest ‘Australia Post’. ~ Parking ~ The property comes with dedicated secure garage parking spots for up to 2 'small/medium' size vehicles.
