Welcome to a brand-new (2025) stylish villa located in a unique area of Saaremaa. This spacious 150 m² home is designed in a modern style, with a focus on natural materials, light, and comfort. The interior features thoughtful design, plenty of natural light, high-quality furniture, and elegant details. The villa is located in a prestigious area of new private homes, next to the beautifully maintained Saare Golf course with lakes and landscaped surroundings. The sunsets here are truly magical. The space A spacious and bright living room is combined with a fully equipped kitchen. It features a comfortable sofa, dining area, and everything needed for cooking: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and kitchenware. The house has 4 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. Each room offers a calm atmosphere, blackout curtains, and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms features a luxurious standalone bathtub. There are three modern bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and all essential amenities. For guests’ convenience, a washing machine is also available. A private sauna is located in a separate building, with direct access to the terrace and hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors or exploring the island. The large terrace features a heated hot tub and a seating area. There is also a barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for dinners and gatherings with friends. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor area, including the terrace, barbecue area, and the separate sauna house with a hot tub. Some technical/storage areas may be locked. Guests can also use an electric scooter and two bicycles to explore the surroundings. Other things to note The villa is located on a quiet street, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
