"Atardecer" Villa - Oceanfront

A beautiful and comfortable oceanfront villa in El Cebollito, 5 kilometers from Monterrico. Capacity for 12 people: 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds each, all with air conditioning and ocean view, 3.5 bathrooms, ample parking, equipped kitchen, dining room, swimming pool with children's area, ranch with outdoor dining room, outdoor living room, outdoor bathroom, hammocks... Everything you need to have a well-deserved rest in front of the ocean! The space - 3 Rooms with ocean views (one on the first level to improve accessibility for people with special needs). - 2 queen beds per room. - 1 Desk per room. - 1 Full bathroom per room (sink in separate area from shower and toilet). - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, gas stove/oven, coffee maker, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, etc. - Smart TV in common area (no cable) - Unified living-dining-kitchen environment - Outdoor living room facing the ocean and pool - Ranch with dining room for 12 people and 2 hammocks - Pool with children's area - External bathroom with sink, toilet and 2 showers - Foot/pet wash - Large parking lot (shared with another villa. Only the parking is shared, the rest is completely independent). Please note that we have two villas "Amanecer" and "Atardecer". Both are the same, what changes between them are aesthetic themes (for example, decoration, painting). The only thing that both villas share is the parking lot. Upon arrival, you could receive either of the villas, indistinctly. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except: a) Supply warehouse (administration only) b) External service area (water pump and cistern) Other things to note The place is perfect for resting. Remember that excessive noise that may disturb neighbors is not allowed, especially after 10:00 pm. Please note that in Monterrico and the surrounding area there may be power outages that are beyond our control and that depend exclusively on the electricity company. We are not responsible for interruptions in the electricity service. The house is located in an area adjacent to other beach houses, so there could be loud sounds beyond our control.
