The payment will be automatically charged on the day of check-in to the credit card you registered at pre-check-in.(200 yen per person per night) *In accordance with Nagano Prefecture ordinance, all guests are required to pay the occupancy tax. House rules ▪ This facility is designed to utilize an old house built about 200 years ago as a place open to the community.Therefore, there is a popular local restaurant, "Nanairo", in the same building as the accommodation (next door entrance). The store closes at 9:00 PM (closed on Thursdays).We take great care to ensure that guests leave on time, but please understand and acknowledge that on rare occasions, you may hear guests after 9 pm when making your reservation. ▪ Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am the next day.Please be considerate of neighbors and do not make loud noises. ▪ The use of all open flames, such as bonfires, barbecues, and fireworks, is prohibited on the premises. ▪ Please note that because it is an old building, insects (such as bees and flies) may enter the room.Insect repellants are available, so please feel free to use them.Medical expenses are not covered. ▪ No smoking inside, and no pets allowed.Please smoke on the bench outside the facility. (Smoking is strictly prohibited outside the designated smoking area, including both tobacco and electronic cigarettes.Please put cigarette butts in the ashtray.) ※ Please note that if smoking is detected in the facility, we will charge a special cleaning fee of 30,000 yen. ▪ If any equipment or fixtures in the facility are damaged, please be sure to contact us via message (you may be charged a repair fee). ▪ Please sort the garbage and make sure to put it all together. ▪ Be sure to wear studded tires in winter * If a violation of the house rules is detected, we may report it to Airbnb. * Security cameras are installed at the outside entrance for safety, identification, and to confirm the number of guests. [Winter Clothing Advice] The outside temperatures are below freezing during the winter months, so it can also feel chilly inside.We provide heating appliances such as air conditioners and fan heaters, but if you are particularly sensitive to the cold, we recommend that you bring warm clothing such as cold weather clothing, long sleeves and long pants. [About forgotten items] For one month after check-out, we will ship forgotten items with a fee of 2,000 yen + shipping on delivery. We'll ship it after confirming the fee.
