Cabin at Tjurkö

Welcome to our idyllically located summer cottage on Tjurkö, just a few meters from the water. Here you live with access to the beach and jetty – perfect for morning dips, fishing or relaxation with the sea as company. The cottage is ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people looking for peace, proximity to nature and a genuine archipelago experience. The space The cottage has three bedrooms with a total of four beds (two single beds and two double beds). There is a functional kitchen equipped with a gas stove, air fryer and microwave. Bathroom with shower is located in the house, hot water is available but is limited, giving a charming and natural feel. A separate toilet is available that separates urine and solid waste, and is equipped with a fan that ventilates away moisture and odor, making the space fresh and odor-free. Outdoors & surroundings Enjoy barbecue evenings with both a gas grill and an open grill, and enjoy the view of the water directly from the terrace. There is also an outdoor shower for those who want to enjoy nature for real. Free parking is available right by the cottage. On the property, there is an additional house where family members sometimes stay. They have their own space and respect the privacy of guests, but are available if you need help or have questions. Nearby you'll find hiking trails, an art gallery and the historic Tjurkö stone quarry. For those who want to explore more of Karlskrona's archipelago, there are archipelago boats to several islands, including charming Trossö. This means that surfaces are wiped, garbage is sorted and disposed of in the designated place, floors and stairs are vacuumed and washed. The bathroom, including the sink, should also be cleaned before departure. Please note that guests bring their own towels and bed linens. For an additional cost, we can heat up our wood-fired hot tub on one occasion - perfect for relaxation.
