Located on the Old Oder, this unique holiday home offers a stylish retreat for anyone looking for relaxation, proximity to nature and something special. The garden and large kitchen-living room offer enough space for unforgettable & sociable moments with family and friends. The space There are a total of three bathrooms with three showers and 4 toilets as well as a urinal. Two of the bathrooms are laid out as shared bathrooms and can be reached from the outside. The showers in it are served with coins. Please specify the need. The kitchen-living room is 50 square meters with sofa and large dining table as well as the fireplace. In it you will find two fridges, freezer as well as two dishwashers, oven with microwave, stove and a high-quality built-in coffee machine. There are 11 sleeping places in the house, as well as the possibility of up to two extra beds. Guest access An approx. 2000 sqm part of the garden with fireplace is on the waterfront and can be fully used, for example, for bathing, swimming, fishing or boating.
