Villa is situated only a few kilometers from the old center of Poreč and it’s close to several beaches which are easily reachable by car. Outside in the private garden you will find a 50 m2 private heated pool, covered dining area and a full equipped summer kitchen with barbecue. In private garden is children playground and outdoor playroom. All of the 4 bedrooms have separate and private en-suite bathrooms. Capacity is 8+2 guests. Pool heating is additionally charged.
