Villa is situated only a few kilometers from the old center of Poreč and it’s close to several beaches which are easily reachable by car. Outside in the private garden you will find a 50 m2 private pool with heating foil, covered dining area and a full equipped summer kitchen with barbecue built again from the white Istrian stones. In private garden is children playground and outdoor playroom with table football and darts. All of the 4 bedrooms have separate and private en-suite bathrooms.
