Ideal for contractors or larger groups working away, we can offer discounts for longer stays, and also have another 2 bedroom apartment right next door that can be booked along with this one, giving an impressive 6 bedroom capacity sleeping up to 12 guests across the 2 flats. All of our beds can be set up as King-size, or split in to 2 singles, providing maximum flexibility for your accommodation requirements. We've also created a spacious 6 vehicle private car park shared only between our 2 apartments, which means parking is no problem here. So now to the space: Living room: Kick back and relax on our HUGE corner sofa and keep up to speed with your favourite shows on our 55" smart TV. It has Virgin media installed, or of you prefer, you can log in to your favourite streaming service to ensure you don't miss a thing. We have super fast broadband to keep you connected, a work desk and chair and a really homely feel. Kitchen: This brand new fitted kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare anything from a small snack to a full on 3 course meal. Then sit comfortably at our dining table to enjoy the result of your hard work! There is a washing machine, meaning those on longer stays can travel light, along with the essentials... oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. You'll also find our starter pack of tea/coffee/sugar and a few biscuits to keep you going. There will be a few milk sachets in the fridge for you too! Bathroom: The main bathroom is also brand new. Modern and sleek, you can enjoy a relaxing scrub in our walk in shower enclosure. We also provide hand soap, toiletries and towels. Bedrooms: Our four bedrooms each have super comfy hotel beds with thick mattresses offering the best in comfort. Our luxury pillows, duvets and high thread count bed linen all add to the experience and help you get a good night sleep after a hard day of work or leisure! All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds AND curtains, so even if you fancy a nap during the day, you can shut out the daylight. All the beds can be set up as one king size bed, or two singles. Standard set up is 3 king size and one room with 2 singles. If you need something different, be sure to let us know when you book. Every bedroom has it's own 32" smart TV, again all have Virgin media TV and a selection of your favourite apps and streaming services to log in to. We have plenty space to hang your clothes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets/lamps in every bedroom. Ensuite: Bedroom 1 (the 'blue room') also has it's own ensuite. This has been newly installed, has a toilet, basin and shower enclosure. This apartment is on the upper floor. The entrance is to the side of the building. Once inside the house, there are stairs to reach the living accommodation, so please consider this carefully if you have limited mobility or struggle with stairs. There is a bit of grass beyond the car park that you can use as outdoor space. The car park is accessed from the road by our own private driveway, shared only between our 2 adjacent properties.
