Casa Ceci is located on the 2nd floor and easily reachable with a new lift or stairs. Located in a quiet condominium, the apartment features of a bright living room with comfortable sofa with Flat TV, free wi-fi, fire stick at disposition, window facing stunning lake view and Dorio beaches. The terrace, complete with a small table and two outdoor chairs, invites you to eat al fresco or simply enjoy a glass of wine or a book while admiring the lake. A fully equipped kitchen with brand new Bosch induction hob, kettle, microwave, american coffee machine, etc. Please be informed that there is no dishwasher. Double bedroom with wonderful lake view, bedroom with bunk beds ideal for kids or friends with window and balcony with stunning lake view. This bedroom has also a desk, also ideal for smart working. Air conditioning/Heating in each room. Included in the price. Bathroom with sunbath, but available use of the shower, wc, bidet and washing machine. 1 Private external parking available. 2 Restaurants only 2 or 5 minutes drive. Bakery and mini market is 2 minutes drive only or about 10-15 minutes by feet. The apartment is just 2 minutes away from Corenno, the village of 1000 steps, a charming historic town full of narrow alleys, ancient stone buildings, and stunning views. Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, there are some stairs to reach the apartment or a new lift that stop close to the entrance door of Casa Ceci. The apartment has 2 wonderful lake view terraces (in the living room there is one covered and with curtain). The holiday homes has 1 outside parking space located on the ground floor. Other things to note Casa Ceci is located about 5 minutes walk from the main 4 beaches in Dorio. Car is mandatory. Possibility to use also train to reach Dorio. From Casa Ceci you can take "il Sentiero del Viandante" that is an ancient mule track along the eastern side of the Como: you pass small villages, olive groves, streams, churches and have gorgeous views of Lake Como on the way. You can go to Colico or to Dervio for example. It starts in Lecco and it ends in Morbegno. The apartament is only 10 minutes walk to Corenno Plinio with his medieval Castle and beautiful “Village of a Thousand Steps” with stunning lake view. Colico is only 7 minutes drive and Dervio only 5 minutes. Bellano is only 15 minutes drive has the famous "Orrido" and it is a beautiful place to visit also during Winter, ideal also for children experience. Varenna with Villa Cipressi or Villa Monastero are only 20 minutes drive and worth to be seen in each season. Towels and Bed linen are provided by us for each guests. For baby we provide for free 1 high chair and 1 baby bed with bed linen, upon request.
