Sheets and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. Perfect for discovering Carquefou or staying near Nantes, whether for work or leisure! You also have a parking space available. The space The accommodation is a studio with a double bed. To accommodate 3 people, we have chosen a living room armchair that turns into a single bed allowing you to stay with more than 2 people. Pets are also welcome, limited to 1 pet per stay. Guest access You'll have a code to enter the building, then a lockbox next to the apartment door. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. You have access to a free parking space, the parking lot closes at night, so you will also have a code to access the parking lot at night. Other things to note There are washing machines in the building, you have to ask the caretaker for tokens to be able to use them. A baby crib can be requested, there is a fitted sheet provided.
