We also may charge a $200 pet deodorising/clean-up fee if you have not cleaned up after your pet upon vacating. If your pet is approved to reside at the property, you agree that you will not allow your pet to access any of the bedrooms, lounges or rug areas and you will also dispose of any droppings and clean up after your pet at all times. - This property has security cameras in the external areas which management checks regularly at all hours.
