Inside offers open-plan living with a king-size bed, modern kitchen, lounge/dining area and separate bathroom. Ideal for couples, business stays or contractors, with reliable Wi-Fi, self check-in and free off-road parking with CCTV for added peace of mind. The space Designed to be a comfortable and relaxing stay, The Studio offers bright open-plan living with a cosy king-size bed, modern furnishings, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to comfortably cook and dine during their stay. The space works well for couples, solo travellers, contractors and business guests looking for somewhere quiet, clean and easy to settle into. A dining table provides a practical workspace, while the self-contained layout gives guests privacy and flexibility throughout their stay. A private outdoor seating area is currently being added for guests to enjoy. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire self-contained studio, including the open-plan living space, fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Free off-road parking is available in the private on site car park. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared grounds surrounding the property, including walks around the lake and countryside views. A designated outdoor seating area for Studio guests is also being added. The Studio is located on a private site where other accommodation is also situated, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of others staying nearby. Other things to note Important information – please read before booking To help us maintain a safe and high-quality environment for all guests, ID verification, a signed rental agreement and a £100 security deposit are required prior to check-in. Secure links will be provided after booking. Check-in is available between 3pm and 9pm. Later arrivals must be agreed in advance before booking. Only guests included on the reservation may stay at the property. Visitors may be permitted with prior approval between 9am and 10pm. Parties, gatherings and excessive noise are not permitted. CCTV operates in communal outdoor areas for guest safety and site security. We live on site and operate a small, peaceful holiday let business. In the unlikely event of serious breaches of house rules, antisocial behaviour or illegal activity, reservations may be ended early in line with booking platform policies. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
