The bedrooms are air-conditioned, with a closet. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms, an air-conditioned living room with TV, Wi-Fi, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and parking. Access to a 3.5-hectare artificial lagoon and 6 pools with palapas, playgrounds, and green areas. Not available on Mondays for maintenance; unless it is a holiday, in which case the cleaning dates are rescheduled. It has 24hr surveillance, access control to the entrance of the complex.
