Welcome to 45° Nord, a small independent studio in my new house. The studio has a connecting bedroom with a 140/200 bed. Ideal for two travelers or a couple with a child! In the heart of the village, come and enjoy a place to rest during your visit to Chapareillan, everything has been thought out for your comfort, I make the beds before your arrival, provide towels, and you will not have to take care of the cleaning. A connecting room with a 140 cm bed is ideal for two guests who do not wish to share the same bed, or for a couple with a child. (closet/desk/TV) Self check-in with code lock. A very comfortable 160/200 bed with a view of the starry sky (velux above the bed with electric shutter), a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room with premium Grohé faucets, with toilet. A table to eat your meals, connected TV. Welcome tea and coffee offered. A small cocoon with all the comforts. The accommodation has reversible air conditioning to always have the temperature that suits you, fiber Wifi and free parking space in front of the house. On request and with a surcharge of €10 per charge, possibility to recharge your electric vehicle (220 volt socket, to be requested when booking). Close to all amenities. Ideal for business stays (invoice on request) or tourism. 5-minute drive to Clos de Florie, and Fort Barraux for weddings and other events. Also ideal for your stays as part of your training (soap factory, drone process, etc.) Late check-in or checkout on request, subject to availability, with surcharge. Guest access You have the entire studio and the bedroom just for you, as well as the balcony overlooking the mountains. Access is independent. Parking space at the bottom of the stairs. We live in the rest of the house! Other things to note The studio is in our house, where I live with my son, who is only present every other week. The studio is completely independent in terms of access, with an external staircase and private balcony. We have an adorable young Golden Retriever who will sometimes come to greet you from the Garden! (but you won't be in contact)
