Quiet cozy 2-room apartment (on a small street), 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, large terrace, view of hills, meadow, sky... 9-15 min by bus (around the corner!) or Car to the lake. Beautiful beaches. Very good with bicycle to the lake, Starnberg, surroundings in wonderful hilly nature with a wide view up to the Alps. 1 +2 villages further: 2 supermarkets, bakery, bank/vending machine, organic farm + farm shop, 1 kl organic shop For 1-2 adults who love peace and nature, non-smokers Idyllic, pure Upper Bavaria♡♡ The space OKTOBERFEST: PREFERABLY QUIET COUPLES, PARENTS WITH CHILDREN, NO PARTIES, NO ALCOHOL, NO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DRINK A LOT OF ALCOHOL!! By car or bus: 9–15 minutes to the lake. * Accommodation is accessible by car, bus/train + S-Bahn, as well as by bicycle (bicycle paths available, wonderful to ride in nature) * In the neighboring villages: supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, hairdressers, a pharmacy, ATMs (VB and Sparkasse), an organic farm with a farm shop and a small organic shop in Berg, an ice cream parlor, cafes **The apartment:** * 2 rooms with a spacious, partly covered terrace – perfect in sun or rain (also for storing bicycles) with a fantastic view of nature. * Terrace, in the "organic farm", approx. 60 sqm, equipped with chairs (adjustable, with cushions), umbrella, table, relaxing chair and lounger. * Good exterior roller blinds ensure pleasant temperatures in summer; also pleasant in summer due to the ground-floor location. Two windows are provided with mosquito screens. **Amenities:** * **Bedroom:** Double bed (1.80 m, two mattresses), dresser, bookshelf, small writing desk. * **Living room:** Corner sofa bed (see picture), additional couch, dresser, shelf, no TV * **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and stirrer. * **Bathroom:** shower, toilet, hair dryer, hand and bath towels * New washing machine available **More guest notes:** * **Equipment:** Adjustable walking sticks can be rented from me. ( also yoga mats + pillow available) ** Travelers with bikes: bikes can be packed on the protected terrace (but must push them through the kitchen). For travelers with e-bikes: 4 steps at the house entrance, then at ground level * **Water sports:** sup boards are available for rent at Strandbad Starnberg as well as at campsite Ambach. Guest access Private apartment with large, beautiful terrace Wifi with private guest access for email, surfing and chatting available Other things to note ☆☆Wifi is possible for surfing, chatting and emailing! * * Walking poles ( adjustable) can be borrowed from me. * *SUP boards can be rented at Strandbad Starnberg and Camping Ambach I am happy to give single travelers with walking sticks ( I'm a walking coach) , or an introduction to my board (for beginners only). * * Meditation pillows and yoga mats would be available for rent from me ☆☆ Bikes, if available!, could possibly be rented at the bike shop in the neighboring village.
