The space The modernized 1-room apartment on the ground floor offers a cozy living/bedroom with double bed, a small hallway, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is fully furnished – including dishes, cutlery, coffee maker and built-in wardrobes. Thanks to the insulated basement ceiling and underfloor heating, it stays pleasantly warm even in the cold season. Air conditioning provides additional comfort on warm days. The technical equipment includes a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a fridge, a washing machine and a built-in microwave. There is a table tennis table available for our guests in the courtyard. There is also a barbecue facility that can be used by arrangement. Children up to 3 years old can stay free of charge in the existing bed of the parents. Guest access Guests have access to the courtyard, a large terrace and a barbecue area that can be used by arrangement. Other things to note Before your arrival, you will receive a link for the quick online check-in. There, you enter your personal details and upload a valid official ID document. Once you have successfully completed the check-in process, you will be shown the PIN code required for the building's front door, the code for the key box and all other information necessary for your stay. As part of the check-in process, you also confirm our house rules, which are published on the Home by Ginger website in the "House Rules" section. The person checking in is obliged to inform all fellow travellers about the house rules and is responsible for their compliance with them.
