Modern tiny house in a residential garden

A winterized mini-house in our residential garden in quiet Älvsjö is for rent to a maximum of two adults for short stays. The house has a kitchenette with a stovetop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and equipment for simple cooking. The living room has a double sofa bed for two people, free Wi-Fi and a TV with cable. Blackout curtains are available. Bed linens and towels are available. The sofa bed has an extra mattress for the best sleeping comfort. Free parking for one passenger car. Most welcome! Guest access The entire mini-house is available to you and no one else during your stay. The balcony outside is also available for you. You check in on your own using the electronic lock. You'll receive the code just before your booking starts. Other things to note Our aim is for you to be so satisfied with your stay that you want to give a five-star rating in your review. Anything else we consider a mishap. The following may also be good to know: Älvsjö/Långbro is a quiet area. If you come back to the property in the evening/night, you show consideration as the houses are close to the area. The house is winterized. We would be grateful if you could check whether the location of the house is convenient for you before you book, so that no one is disappointed – it's a bit of a hassle to fix :) And, of course, read the entire listing so that expectations are set correctly there, too. The bus stop is about 150 meters from the door, and the travel time to Stockholm City Station is 21 minutes (change at Älvsjö Station) and even shorter to Södermalm. Check current local transport information on the Stockholm Local Transport website. The buses run 24/7 on the day before and on public holidays, as well as between 4 AM and 1 AM Monday to Thursday. During rush hour, the bus runs at least every 7-10 minutes, otherwise every 15 minutes, and then every 30 minutes late at night/overnight. Älvsjö Station can also be reached on foot in about 12 minutes. From there, it's 9 minutes to Stockholm City Station. Note that the bathroom in the house has lower ceiling height than normal, which can be disruptive when showering for those who are longer than 190 cm. 🦌 Our most regular guests It can also be mentioned that Älvsjö has some deer, which can be seen on the plot look as close. They are harmless and most guests find it nice but can be good to know if you hear hooves out on the deck😀. The deer check in whenever they want, don't pay any rent and, unfortunately, sometimes leave "reviews" on the lawn. ⭐💩 In that case, we apologize in advance for the somewhat organic service, but you'll at least have a nature experience if they show up. 😊 Lastly, we wish we knew who we are renting to.
