Modern tiny house in a residential garden

A winterized mini-house in our residential garden in quiet Älvsjö is for rent to a maximum of two adults for short stays. The house has a kitchenette with a stovetop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and equipment for simple cooking. The living room has a double sofa bed for two people, free Wi-Fi and a TV with cable. Blackout curtains are available. Bed linens and towels are available. The sofa bed has an extra mattress for the best sleeping comfort. Free parking for one passenger car. Most welcome! Guest access The entire mini-house is available to you and no one else during your stay. The balcony outside is also available for you. You check in on your own using the electronic lock. You'll receive the code just before your booking starts. Other things to note Älvsjö/Långbro is a quiet area. If you come back to the accommodation in the evening/night, you show consideration as the houses are close to the area. The house is winterized. Note that the bathroom in the house has a lower ceiling height than normal, which can be disturbing when showering for those taller than 190 cm. It can also be mentioned that Älvsjö has a number of deer, which can be seen on the property quite often. They are harmless and most guests think it's nice but it can be good to know if you hear hooves out on the terrace😀. Lastly, we wish to know who we are renting to.
