The studio apartment, 35 sq.m., is located in a residential area in the central part of the city. The city center is 10-15 minutes on foot, the central bus and railway station is 15 minutes away. Great view from the window, stylish bright apartment with a loggia on which there is a swing (up to 80 kg load). The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. Possible flexible check-in and check-out conditions by agreement. Please clarify all details before check-in. The space Studio apartment. There is a hallway with a large wardrobe, hangers, a first aid kit (do not self-medicate, use only the medicines recommended by your doctor, check the expiration date beforehand, because we check no more than once a month), shoe products and a basket in which you can find laces for some chargers. Please return them after use so that other guests can also use them. ❗️Next to the bathroom door. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bathtub. There are cosmetics, namely shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels. In the cabinets you can find additional cosmetics for general use, a hairdryer. Please dispose of hygiene products in the trash next to the toilet. ❗️Directly from the front door there is a kitchen — a living room. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a kettle, an induction cooker. The kitchen has the necessary basic kitchen utensils for cooking and dining. The water in the taps is NOT potable. ❗️The living room is equipped with a sofa, a mirror, an additional stand — a hanger. There is air conditioning. Also in the living room there is a recuperator, which in the cold season will allow you to enjoy fresh air without opening the window and losing heat. Just set the mode to automatic and get perfect climate control without excessive humidity or dryness. ❗️The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2 orthopedic mattresses), a large plasma TV and a table. Pillows and blankets are synthetic (safe for allergy sufferers). If you close the curtain in the living room, you will have darkness in the bedroom even during the day and you will be able to sleep well. ❗️The loggia is equipped with a table, two soft armchairs and a pouf. The hanging swing is designed for a weight of up to 80 kg. ❗️ The floor throughout the apartment is tiled, the bedroom has laminate flooring. ❗️❗️❗️House Rules❗️❗️❗️ ❗️It is forbidden to stay in the apartment for more than two people! ❗️It is forbidden to book an apartment and live independently for persons who have not reached the age of majority. Your guardian must be with you. ❗️No smoking! A fine of UAH 1000 or forced eviction without a refund! ❗️It is forbidden to arrange parties, birthdays or other types of celebrations. ❗️All items (18+) in the house are accessories only and are not allowed to be used. ❗️If the property was damaged during your stay, you must notify the tenant and compensate for the damage. ❗️DO NOT TURN ON THE APPLIANCES YOURSELF IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THEM!
