Coastal retreat, Seaville Drive, Pevensey Bay

Visit Eastbourne for entertainment and culture, while Hastings offers 1066 history and Old Town fishing fleets. The space Our large coastal family home feels warm and inviting. . Upon entry there is an enclosed porch with ample space to keep footwear, buckets and spades etc. Through the main house door is a small entrance hall and to the right of the hall the spacious lounge/diner. The table is perfectly suited for 8 diners and the lounge area has three comfortable sofas, several coffee tables, and solid wood furniture pieces. The window faces the front garden and has blinds and curtains. There is a decent size Tv and plenty of board games for all ages. At the far end of the diner looking out to the garden is the conservatory with seating, coffee tables and full blinds at each window. Step out to the patio and take in the sounds of the sea when seated at the large table. Perfect for dining alfresco with your family and friends,. The barbecue is perfect for this and we have the briquettes and lighters to get you started. The garden has a shed with storage for the barbecue and accessories, and small lawn and borders adorned with shrubs. To the left of the diner is the light and airy fully fitted kitchen with a Neff double oven, dishwasher and washing machine . The kitchen is equipped with all that is needed for your stay including a dual zone air fryer for simple cooking whilst relaxing on holiday. The kitchen window looks out to the garden. Through a small corridor from the kitchen is the wc, and to the left of that the utility room with clothes airer and ironing board/iron . If you require a highchair for your little one we also leave that in the utility room for your convenience. The highchair suits birth to 3 years of age. There is also space to keep a pram . Through the utility room is the ground floor bedroom, fully furnished with blinds and curtains. This room at times can be ideal for people who are less mobile. . From the hallway and up a small flight of stairs off the landing are the other three bedrooms, a serenely decorated en-suite double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers etc, perfect to unwind after a day exploring ! The en-suite has a toilet, modern shower and sink with plenty of storage. The Master bedroom has a King size super comfy bed with substantial mirrored wardrobe bedside cabinets and a dressing table. The twin room consists of two single beds substantial enough for adults as well as children, and a decent size wardrobe. The window of this room looks out to the garden. Each of the bedroom windows have blinds and curtains and we provide one bath towel and hand towel for every guest. On the first floor is the main family bathroom with bath and shower over it, a toilet and sink with ample storage. We provide shower gel, handwash and toilet rolls in both bathrooms. The airing cupboard is on the landing with plenty of storage space. There is space on the drive for two vehicles but at a push you can get three in. There are sometimes spaces to park on a nearby road which are free and there is also a car park a short walk away. Guest access Guests have use of the whole 4 bedroom house. Other things to note For any weekend booking from September to late December we offer a very early check-in and late checkout so that our guests can enjoy a more relaxed break.
