Welcome to our charming bright and recently tastefully renovated studio (July 25). Whether you're traveling for business, on a romantic getaway or exploring the area, this studio will be your ideal retreat! The space The studio is nestled in a peaceful area, just a 10-minute walk from downtown Valenciennes. It offers you comfort, practicality and a warm atmosphere. The studio is located on the 1st floor (stairs) of a small building consisting of 6 studios in total. Description of the studio: - Sleeping area: You will find a new (July 25) queen size double bed (160 x 200) with sheets provided, a wardrobe and a flat screen for a relaxing evening. - Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a sink, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo coffee machine (2 pods provided) and a table for 2 people. - Bathroom: It consists of a shower, toilet and sink (towels provided). - Fast Wi-Fi (fiber). Iron, fan and hairdryer available upon request. Small welcome kit offered (body wash and shampoo). Guest access You can access the accommodation independently with a lockbox. Other things to note Ideal location 10 min walk from the city center, 20 min walk from the train station, 3 min walk from the Rhonelle park, less than 5 min from a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy, 15 min from the Hainaut stadium and 10 min from the Nungesser aquatic center Parking: Free: - on Sundays, - the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., - from 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday, - during lunchtime (between noon and 2 p.m.), - in the perpendicular streets.
