We offer a clean, comfortable, and peaceful stay in the Bhuli area of Dhanbad, ideal for families, working professionals, and solo travelers. The property is owned and personally managed by an elderly couple, ensuring a safe, calm, and well-maintained environment. Rooms are simple and functional with essential amenities. On request, guests can enjoy freshly prepared homemade meals. Easy access to local markets and transport. Unmarried couples not allowed as of now. The space Vananchal Residency is located in the Bhuli area of Dhanbad, close to Bhuli–Hirak Road and CMC Hospital. Local markets, pharmacies, ATMs, and public transport options such as autos and taxis are easily available nearby. Dhanbad Junction Railway Station is approximately 6–7 km away and usually takes about 20–30 minutes by auto or taxi, depending on traffic. The property also has convenient road access via NH-19 toward Bhuli and Hirak Road. Guests can explore several popular tourist attractions in and around Dhanbad, including Bhatinda Falls, Topchanchi Lake, Topchanchi Wildlife Sanctuary, Maithon Dam, Panchet Dam, and Bekar Bandh. These locations are suitable for short trips, sightseeing, nature outings, and photography. Dhanbad also has several important religious places frequently visited by guests and locals, such as Shakti Mandir, Lillori Sthan Mandir, Jagannath Temple in Dhanbad, and Parasnath Hill (Shikharji), which is a well-known Jain pilgrimage site and can be visited as a day trip. The property is well suited for guests visiting Dhanbad for medical purposes. Major hospitals that are easily accessible from Vananchal Residency include Alkari Devi Hospital, Asarfi Hospital, Central Hospital Dhanbad, Patliputra Medical College and Hospital (PMCH), Sjas Hospital, and CMC Hospital. In addition, several private clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies are available nearby. For recreation and relaxation, guests can visit Birsa Munda Park. Autos and taxis are readily available, and the host or caretaker is always available to assist guests with directions or local guidance when required. Guest access The house is divided into four independent portions, similar to individual flats. Guests will have access to a private first-floor portion with a separate and independent entrance, ensuring comfort and privacy. This portion includes two rooms. One room is air-conditioned, while air conditioning for the second room will be added in the future. An additional larger room can be provided on request and will be chargeable. There are two bathrooms located in the main hall area. A kitchen space is available but is currently not functional for guest use; it will be made functional in the future. The spacious hall may be used on request for small gatherings such as birthdays or engagement functions. The backyard area is also available on request. My parents live on the ground floor and will be hosting guests personally. I will be available on call throughout the stay to assist with any questions or needs.
