"La Tourelle" villa of 110 m² located in Haguenau near Strasbourg (30 minutes), Colmar (1 hour), Europa-Park (1 hour), which can accommodate 1 to 8 people. High noise disturbances are prohibited at any time and may result in the termination of the rental agreement, eviction. Children: We have made the property suitable for children. However, tenants still have a responsibility to ensure the safety of the children present. We ask that you never leave children unattended, especially around the pool. We are not responsible if there is an accident by the pool or pool. If you notice a malfunction at the pool level, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. Tenant safety: As a reminder, regarding the use of the swimming pool and equipment, no recourse can be made against the owners of Villa "La Tourelle" in the event of an accident. The children present within our property (garden, swimming pool...) are under the full responsibility and supervision of parents, or caregivers. Access to the swimming pool is prohibited for people in a state of obvious uncleanness, drunk, under the influence of psychotropic products, or exhibiting characteristic signs of illness or weakness. It is forbidden to eat, drink, smoke, spit and throw trash on the pool enclosure. For safety reasons, the use of glasses is prohibited in or around the pool. Pool rules: Children are only allowed on the pool enclosure in the presence of their parents and under their supervision. Unsupervised pool. Pool depth: 1.60 meters. It is not recommended to dive and run around the pool. Please do not sit on the tarpaulin roll. Only young children "clean" or equipped with special diapers for swimming are allowed to swim. Before entering the pool, a shower is required, if necessary you also have a basin available to clean your feet before entering the pool. Trampoline regulation: No more than 3 children at the same time on the trampoline, it is important to remove the shoes before accessing the trampoline. Vegetable rules: You can fully enjoy the vegetable garden, within reason. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult to access it. Anyone in the vegetable garden is under their own responsibility. The owners cannot be held responsible for accidents. Heating, electricity and water: The supply of water is included in the price of the rental. To keep it that way, be careful not to let the water run unnecessarily. To save on heating, remember to turn off or lower the thermostat in case of absence. Tenants should turn off lights as well as electronics such as televisions when not in use in order to conserve energy. Pets: No pets allowed inside the house or in the garden. Garbage: Two outdoor garbage cans located under the Carport are available for waste: The brown bin is intended for food waste and non-recycled waste themselves put in a garbage bag. The yellow bin is for recycled packaging (cardboard, plastic, metal, newspaper papers, etc.). For glass bottles and jars, a cardboard is available next to the two garbage cans. Smoking: It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house, tenants may only smoke outside in the areas provided for this purpose. Be careful not to throw cigarette butts on the property. House security: Whenever tenants leave the house, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked in order to keep the listing safe and prevent potential damage from rain. In the event of a power outage, please call us before touching the electrical panel. Damage and breakage: We do understand that accidents happen. However, always report any damage or breakage in good time, especially before departure. Please do not move furniture from room to room. Furniture, tables and chairs located inside the house should not be taken out outside. No fixing in the walls by means of nails, screws, bugs, tape is allowed. We ask you to respect the hygiene rules relating to bedding: the dirt caused during your stay (vomit, blood, urine...) is to be cleaned by you. You will be charged for duvets or sheets stained with blood that are unusable when you check out. Internet connection: In case of use of the internet connection via the house box, the tenant agrees to comply with the laws regarding downloads and site visits. In the event of a request from the competent authorities, we will be obliged to provide the contact details of the tenant who benefited from the said connection. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables. If you misplace or forget an item in the house, please let us know so we can look for it during the change of tenant and cleaning. Persons authorized to access the accommodation: Access to the accommodation is strictly and exclusively reserved for the persons named on the Airbnb reservation. Anyone not listed on the booking is considered an unauthorized outside person. Strict prohibition of outsiders: It is strictly forbidden for anyone outside the reservation: • enter the accommodation, • eat there, • have a drink there, • to stay there, • spend time there, even briefly, • and a fortiori to sleep there. This prohibition applies at all times, day and night, without exception. Visits, invitations and gatherings: Visits, invitations, meetings, meals, parties or any other gathering involving people not registered on the reservation are strictly prohibited, regardless of the duration or nature. Maximum number of occupants: The maximum number of occupants allowed is the one listed in the listing and confirmed when booking. No overrun, even temporary, is tolerated. Lump-sum financial clause (non-compliance with the regulations): In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, and in particular in the event of access to the accommodation by one or more persons not registered on the reservation, the guest expressly acknowledges and accepts: • the application of a fixed fee of €150 per violation found, • these costs are intended to cover in particular: o management and control costs, o wear and tear and unauthorized use of the accommodation, o any reinforced cleaning, o potential nuisances, o as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood or the condominium. These fees may be claimed exclusively through the Airbnb Resolution Center, based on admissible supporting evidence (written exchanges, testimonials, findings, authorized photos, third-party reports). Additional measures: The application of the financial clause does not preclude other measures that the host reserves the right to take, including: • immediate cancellation of the booking without refund, • a report to Airbnb, • a request for additional reimbursement in the event of damage, deterioration or additional costs not covered by the package. Acceptance of rules: Confirmation of the reservation constitutes full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these internal regulations, which form an integral part of the short-term rental agreement. Compliance with the rules: Violation of any rule indicated in these rules of procedure constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupancy, in accordance with the Rental Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and expel any tenant refusing to comply with the House Rules or causing disturbances to neighbors or other residents of the community.
