My home is located on a quiet street within the beautiful gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, CA. The Hwy 120 East Yosemite entrance is a 40 minute drive and Yosemite Valley is about an hour. Guests will have the entire living area to enjoy. Air conditioning works great and is provided throughout the entire house. Sitting outside on the deck, enjoying the trees, having your favorite beverage and having a BBQ is highly recommended! Stargazing is amazing in Pine Mountain Lake -- no city lights. Bedrooms: One master bedroom with king bed and separate bathroom One bedroom with queen bed and hall bathroom One futon in the living room Kitchen: The kitchen will be stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware and utensils. Basic spices, condiments and cooking oil will be provided. Coffee, hot chocolate and oatmeal will be provided. Living Room: Futon with bedding is available. Beautiful knotty pine ceilings in living and kitchen area. Wood burning stove is not available for use. Propane BBQ is available on the deck! The garage is not available for parking or storage use Sliders to deck from the living room, dining and master. Enjoy deer, pine trees and a large wrap-around deck. Star gazing from the back deck is a must! There is a required guest pass gate entry fee of $44.00 for each car. All drivers names will be needed before arriving. I'm available via phone, Airbnb messaging or email when needed. The house is on a very quiet street and is great for walking. Groveland offers a quaint antique store downtown, a fantastic museum in the park which I highly recommend especially if someone is there giving a verbal history of the town. The Iron Door downtown is a historic saloon and is family friendly. My personal favorite pizza place is Two Guys Pizza Pies on Ferretti Road. You can't miss it while driving to the house. My driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Remember there is a gate entrance fee of $46.00 per vehicle. If you do not want to drive into Yosemite, check the Yosemite Area Transit on the Yosemite web site for their Groveland schedule. Verizon is the best carrier for the house location.
