Wifi, air conditioning in the master bedroom only, Ceiling fans throughout ( master bedroom fan not working but has air conditioning however) Ample parking areas. Pool and additional shower and toilet for pool users, cold water only small boat ramp access from the driveway, so bring your tinny or kayaks Families only, no parties or functions, no pets.
