A small room in a worker's home by Moomin vibes

Looking for a moment of respite or to get to know local life? Welcome to our home! A personal one-room apartment in a 92-square-meter detached house for two adults and a Lapland reindeerherder dog, offers accommodation for short-term stays, whether you are looking for experiences or need a place to stay. You can experience authentic Lappish life through ease and affordability! If you wish, you can join us for reindeer herding in the fall and summer. Warmly welcome to experience the eight seasons The space We warmly welcome also all our foreign friends. We can accommodate 1 person best, for a short time. Also 2 person. You have your own small 8.5 square meter bedroom. The bed is a 120cm with an extra mattress. We also have a thick extra mattress, approx 80cm wide, if you want, we can bring it to you, you can spread it on the floor of your room. Also a shared bathroom and shared small toilet with the family of the house. The bathroom has a massage shower and the only toilet in the house is located in the middle of the house. Even though the room is small, little luggage fits well inside. Ask more if you have any questions, so that your stay is as comfortable as possible, we will be happy to help! There is also a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own food if you agree. Please bring your own food, we cannot prepare food for you. We can heat the wood-burning sauna for an additional fee of € 10. Car heating in winter €5 each time you heat your car. We are not happy to provide use of the washing machine, but if there is a pressing need, then 5e/time. Please remember to respect the family's own rhythms. We also have two dogs. If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them! We use housefragrances, not recommended for those who are sensitive to scents or have dog allergies. Wherever you look, you'll see Moomins and you'll sleep in soft Moomin sheets. Even the pepper and salt shakers in the kitchen. In the sauna, you'll sit in a nice, soft steam bath with a Moomin towel, bathing your feet and drying them on a Moomin towel, after which you'll snuggle up in Moomin sheets. There is an accommodation folder in the room upon arrival, where you can read additional instructions for staying with us. The most important thing for us is that the guests have a roof over their heads when moving from one place to another. Not for long-term accommodation. You can access nature right from our doorstep. The center of Salla is about 2 km away from us and the Sallatunturi tourist center is about 10 km away from us. Guest access The landlady, landlord and the dogs will happily greet you as you enter! Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. You can also request an earlier or late check-in if necessary. Please, tell me your check-in time! We use a Yale door lock. You will receive more detailed check-in instructions closer to your arrival. The landlady will be at home during your stay. Shared entrance with the residents of the house. During your stay The best way to reach the host is by text or calling between 8 am and 7 pm. We will live in the house during your stay, and you will have one room to yourself. Other things to note Please note that you cannot bring pets to our property, due to our own dogs! Organizing parties or using drugs is strictly prohibited on our property!
