This single-story T2 has a private terrace, a veranda, all the necessary amenities for partial PRM: grab bars, shower seat and possibility of adapted booster seat. There's a neighbor above this place. The garden is enclosed but collective, be careful with your pets! Guest access The apartment is completely private including the terrace and veranda. Only the garden is shared between the occupants of the house.
