Our house rules We can support our guests: - Bring food from outside, provided no eating or drinking at the bed as it is difficult to treat stains. - Bring pets, as long as you manage pets and avoid affecting the experience of other customers at home, as well as room supplies. We do not allow customers: - Decorating, affecting walls, room structure. - Smoking at the common area or in the room. Only e-cigarettes must be used in the room. - No more than the specified number of guests (2–3) are allowed without prior notice. We reserve the right not to accommodate guests if you violate the original agreement. For stays of 14 days (2 weeks) or more, we will apply a surcharge for electricity + water fee of 30,000VND/day. The surcharge will be paid separately via the host's bank STK or guaranteed by Airbnb. Please read the regulations carefully before booking. B. POLICY ON CHANGES TO ROOM RESERVATIONS To ensure a stable room availability schedule and to avoid last-minute room vacancies, requests to reduce the number of nights compared to the original booking will only be considered during the initial period of the stay. Requests to reduce the number of nights can only be submitted when at least the last 3 nights of the booking have not yet taken place. Eg: If the initial reservation was for 10 nights but the guest wishes to reduce it to 5 nights, the alteration request must be submitted before or on the 2nd night of the stay. From Tuesday night onwards, requests to reduce the number of nights will not be accepted. Note: For bookings of 3 nights or fewer, it will not be possible to reduce the number of nights after check-in. We encourage guests to carefully review their stay plans before submitting an alteration request to avoid any unwanted inconveniences. Changes to bookings are also subject to room availability at the time of the request. All reservation changes will be processed through Airbnb's reservation change system.
