The home was meticulously rehabbed with brand new kitchen, baths, hardwood floors & finishes throughout. We created a open, well-lit, up-to-date home while keeping the spirit of the original design and feeling of the home. Guest access Guests have access to every aspect of the house including full use of the gourmet chef's kitchen, surrounding yard & woods, huge outdoor patio with furniture, with parking for approx. 8 - 9 cars in the driveways. There is no parking allowed on the street. Please do not allow guests to park in front of any of the neighbors houses. Other things to note Goverment Issued Photo ID Verification through AirBNB required by all guests coming into our home, even if they are not staying overnight. We will charge a per guest fee for every person entering our home. There are no events or parties allowed. We do not allow guests to invite friends over to the house without registering them first, regardless if they are staying overnight or not. One small dog (under 25 lbs) allowed for an additional $500 cleaning fee.
