A welcoming place to stay located in Tranent, a small town set within East Lothian's coast. I am close by some beautiful beaches (Longniddry, Gullane & Yellowcraigs to name a few!) as well as some prestigious golf courses. The house is 11 miles from Edinburgh City Centre. The train (Prestonpans station) is 5 minutes from the house and takes 9 minutes to get into the City. There are bus routes into the City too. Within 1 mile, there are 2 supermarkets alongside other convenient amenities. The space Enjoying a tranquil location with panoramic sea views from the upper balcony, I have a detached 3-bedroom house which has been completed with high-end interiors throughout. The house boasts a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a relaxing living-room, both leading to a sunny south-facing garden. Additionally, there is a calm work-space, should you need it. I have a utility room with Miele washer & dryer, which guests are welcome to use- detergent is provided. There is free parking available on the property & electric car charging facilities (at an extra cost). The room itself is a spacious, light room with a super-king bed. The room has an attached, private en-suite with shower as well as direct access to the upper balcony and plentiful storage. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the Livingroom, Kitchen, Office & Garden and the facilities within. During your stay I will always try to be present when you arrive. If I cannot be, I will notify you in advance and I will provide you with instructions on everything you need to know. Breakfast is self serve and includes a selection of cereals, pastries, toast, fresh fruit, fruit juice, tea & coffee. Please contact with any questions or specific requirements (including dietary) and I will do my best to accommodate individual needs. Other things to note Towels & bed linen are provided. Travel cot available. I have a female dog called Blossom. She is a 5kg Cavapoochon with a friendly & loving nature. LGBTQ Friendly.
