La Nobleterie is a peaceful estate in the heart of the countryside, composed of two adjoining cottages in a characterful building. The environment is quiet, not overlooked, and conducive to rest and tranquility. Large outdoor areas, relaxation spots and games complete the setting. Here, everything comes together to slow down the pace, regain serenity, and recharge. Wake-ups are accompanied by birdsong, and the days are lived to the rhythm of nature. The space The cottage consists of a pleasant living room on the ground floor with an equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms (one with two single beds and another with a double bed) as well as a toilet with a sink. Outside, enjoy a private terrace, a large enclosed garden and on-site parking. Guest access Guests have complete access to the accommodation. The outdoor areas are shared with the other cottage, but each cottage has its own private terrace. Free parking on site. I personally greet guests upon arrival in order to show them the accommodation and answer any questions they may have. Other things to note Enjoy the many amenities available to enhance your stay: petanque court, play structure with slide, ping pong table, ninja course, climbing dome, hammocks and bicycles. A trampoline is also available from April 15 to September 30 (and beyond, depending on weather conditions). Enough to delight young and old! Bedding is provided and beds are made upon your arrival. Bathroom linen is not included, but can be offered as an option at a cost of €7 per person (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth). A little extra: A second gite, adjoining this one, can also be rented. It can accommodate up to 4 people, bringing the total capacity of the two cottages to 10 people. An ideal solution for reunions with family or friends.
